They also understood that in this era of technological advancement, a SaaS platform like Buzzz could take the burden off their shoulders, make the process more seamless and be the right enabler for the team. However, they weren’t sure if there was a product that could serve their purpose.

As a technology solutions provider, Systems plus set up the platform to recognize important behaviors integral to it’s core mission and business model –  “Delivering Excellence”, “Going the extra mile”, “Client Appreciation” and “Being Innovative”. 

Each employee could then use the accumulated points to redeem gifts from Buzzz’ reward store. 

Alongside, the HRs also structured and automated a reward program. For instance, every month the HR sent out e-certificates to the employee of the month. 

Since all of these appreciations were visible on the feed in the Buzzz platform, the engagement on the platform increased with employees congratulating each other and also liking the posts. 

Buzzz also enabled a new feature that then let Systems+ employees share their recognition with a larger audience on LinkedIn – enabling a positive employer brand for Systems+.
